Kropp Realty Services, Inc. & Kropp Mortgage, Inc. are family owned and operated businesses located in Gainesville, Florida.

Both companies were originally started in the late eighties and early nineties by our President Jeff Kropp. Today, Jeff is joined by his wife Adrienne, who manages the office, son Aaron who is a licensed Mortgage Broker and Realtor. Both offices also employ several additional Mortgage Brokers and Realtors.

We pride ourselves on personal service for our buyers and sellers. Real estate transactions can often be the single largest investment a person makes and we want to make sure you are comfortable with the transaction process and kept up-to-date on all information.

As members of the local MLS, we can show you any property in town and before beginning the house hunting process we can get you pre-qualified for a Mortgage so you will know exactly how much house you can afford and what it will cost.
